- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ive been to this bank 5 times since ive been in killeen and every single time i come the line is almost out the door. theres only one person working the front while others just walk around. the wait time to STAND in line is over an hour. whats the point of having 5 windows at the front, if only 1 remains open?By Ashli Johnson, June 19, 2017
