  Live within walking distance and do a decent amount of shipping. Always have a great experience with the staff. Sometimes customer's attitudes are reflected in the treatment they receive.

  Such a shame they have these employees that act like everything is a joke and they don't even listen to what you're asking for. Terrible experience I thought the other ratings were some angry customers but this is just ridiculous, only one employee in there, he didn't even listen to what I had to say and he starts telling me to use a machine to track my package. Umm no that's not what I need; all I wanted to say is "tracking says it's in my mail and it's not what should I do" but he made me waste my time using this machine and then when I go and tell him he acts like he doesn't see me and just asks for the next person in line to which it made it so uncomfortable because I had to raise my voice and say "hey my issue is it's saying it's in my mail box but it's not" so then he proceeds to mock me he doesn't even look at me he takes the receipt from my hand he didn't even look at it, to just tell me you have to go to the WS Young post office address and everything he said it like 3 times trying to act like I'm a retard or something, no apparently you are because you can't even listen to what a costumer is saying. And then the client starts laughing like it's a big joke.. really??? Do people even take anything seriously anymore?

  Very unprofessional place they will let the phone ring and ring and ring as if they dnt hear the damn phone ringing!!!! Wish i could give them a zero!!!
