- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree that this office needs more people working there, BUT after going there 3 times and finally realizing I was the one making it more difficult. IF you are going to the Killeen DMV then do yourself a favor and listen to what they tell you, read what they give you and fill out what forms they tell you to fill out. The lady who helped me had to sit there for about 15 minutes while I filled out the forms I was given 2 hours prior to having my number called. I didn't have my social security card, and once I actually read the pamphlet I notice it said right there that I had to have it. It goes much quicker up there if you do what is asked. You cannot use copies, you cannot get your way arguing about state laws. Remember, the people working there don't make the laws and policies up, and are only trying to do their job. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The L group keeps being called out and no one stands up. If they don't give those numbers starting with L why don't they just clear it from the system. All i hear is L####, 2 right when that done again another L####, and again and again. Only 1 person to check people in and only 4 employees actually doing work processing. Why the Hell do they need a new and improved building if their system is far from improved, it's worse than before. What a waste of money...it takes foreverBy Natalie Corona, May 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I arrived at the DMV at 10:50 AM. It is now 3 PM. They have stopped letting people in claiming that they are at capacity for the evening. Judging by the line at the door, they forgot to tell everyone else. Their appears to be 14 Windows for services but only 4 employees. Do better...just do better.By Ryan Bender, February 17, 2017
